chocolate

Does anyone eat dark chocolate besides me? I love dark chocolate. Today I went to the Godiva store and bought some. I don't eat a lot or every day but it is one of my-can't give up foods. My dietitian told me I have no off limit foods just use your head when choosing.

I don't believe any food is off limit, either. Moderation is the key not deprivation. When I have a little treat like chocolate I just make sure it fits within my daily calorie allowance.

I bought 100 calorie dark chocolate covered blueberries and pomegranate seeds. I do not eat every day but its a great treat and I really love its proportioned. I agree with Mis as usual.
