last pre-op appoinment

I'm going to the dr. in the morning to get an x-ray and my final meeting until surgery day. I'm very nervous but excited. Any advise before i start my pre-op diet?

Just remember that alot if the hunger is in your head an if you overcome that part you will do pretty good. Can't wait to hear more post from you on your journey an good luck

For me, the pre op diet was easy the first two days. It hit me on the third and fourth. Then it was easy again. Look over your food list. Measure everything! You can do it!!! Mind over matter. Good luck, you're going to be great!

I started mine last Wed that first day was ruff but after that I was doing better today I am on day 5 and I think I got this 8 days to go till the big day..good luck
