Excercise

I have been walking quite a bit after surgery, and I felt really good. I am two weeks post op, can I jog a little?

    That's great you're walking. Don't push yourself though. Ask your surgeon. Its ultimately up to them. Mine had me wait for 4 weeks to allow healing time!

    Walking is GREAT. But be careful running/jogging. My doctor told me nothing more strenous than walking for 4 weeks and to wait 6-8 before abdominal exerecise.
