Most of us can still eat several cups of food but are satisfied with just one for up to 4 hours.

I would not know a green zone if it hit me up side the head. I just limit my portions.

I love your honesty! :)

Question for the group - I have had my second fill and am hungy after like 2.5 hours...have you found it hard to loose weight when you start feeling like this?

Yes, of course. Unless you diet.

Until there's restriction....It's just another diet....B52

Unlike most of the others have said, my lapband restricts the amount of food intake I can eat. Lastnight, my husband made spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were appetizer size, and still I could only eat 3(very small) and a 1/4 cup of spaghetti which fully filled me up. Good thing both her and my daughter-in-law are big eaters. My son, who also has lapband, ate 2 meatballs. Our lapbands are not tight, just restrictive. Best wishes to all and as you can see, all are different! Karen

I guess after five fills now and six months after surgery, I have finally found my green zone. I can go 10 to 12 hours without feeling hungry. I seriously have to make myself eat.

What amazes me, I don't crave anything at all. No bread, Pasta, or sweets. I don't eat in the car no longer as before. I no longer go shopping and feel the need to eat out. I just no longer feel food is important period. What a blessing to finally feel what others here have felt for so long. Glad to finally be apart of this wonderful feeling.
