Day 4 post op

So I had my surgery this past Thursday I'm hungry and want to try soft foods but can't untill day 8, just curious.. When can you feel like you can eat real food again? As much as I love protein shakes and applesauce, a sandwhich sounds like heaven..

I had no interest in food for the first 3 weeks or so. I was on liquids for 2 weeks post-op and then 2 weeks of soft foods like applesauce. Don't jump the gun. Your stomach needs time to heal and for the swelling to go down.

Hey! I'm also banded thursday!

I'm not hungry, but of course, counting the days until i can finally have at least a bite of my favorite Subway lmao

My diet changed today and some extra thing has been added! Like Soups, cream of wheat etc. Im not very confortable with the canned soups, as we are not eating enough, and this being artificial foods annoys me. I just emailed my Nut to see if i can cook a homemade chicken Soup..

Hang in there! Soon you will be eating everything :)
