lapband port question

When I first had the surgery on march 1 the port was about an inch to the left of my belly button. Now 3 weeks later the port is about 3 inches above my belly button...no pain and lost about 24 pounds...is this normal?

Could be in the same spot on your abdominal wall but seemed to move since you lost weight and your skin has taken up the slack a bit.

I would ask the Dr. for sure though. Just to make it clear that there is no problem.

Congratulations on your progress!

Most likely the initial swelling post op has resolved somewhat...but it is always advisable to contact your surgeon to get those type of answers.

Best wishes for a successful journey...
