I went to two Support Groups in my area this week. I wanted to try them both out to see which be I liked better. I didn't say much at either because I kind of felt out of place. It's hard to get a word in when you have people who like to dominate the conversation. I actually feel better in here with you all because you can have your "voice" and people will respond to your inquiries without being judgmental. I won't go into specifics about what rubbed me the wrong way but I just needed to share my experience. I will go back for the structured sessions where you get professional information, the two sessions were great, but I doubt I will be sitting through the open discussions.
