Possible Popped Stitch

Does anyone know what it feels like when u pop a stitch on the inside? I have a soreness mid-stomach that I didnt have a few days ago. I had surgery a week ago.

    I'm not sure what it feels like but I was banded on 2/19 and I have soreness, sharp pain or a full ache at various places around my port incision.
