Any Advice Please

I was banded on 8-1-12 and have 3.5 cc in. I have started running on the treadmill but I am having stomach pains after I run. I am also having a ton of gurgling no matter what I eat or drink and have alot of acid reflux. Am I to full or has my band slipped? Any ideas or advice would be great!

The gurgling is normal and may always be there. (Mine still is, especially if I drink too much too quickly.) As far as the reflux, is it mostly at night? It could be you are just eating/drinking too late. I have a strict cut off of 6:00 p.m., or I'm toast as far as having a bad night. I seriously doubt you're having band problems just from what you've said. Symptoms will come and go, and you have to ride it out. You can always call your doctor to give yourself some peace of mind, too.

IMHO it's time for consult with your surgeon. Acid reflux may have a number of potential causes as well as remedies.

Lots of additional clinical information would be required to make any kind of reasonable diagnosis.

And "slipped band' requires imaging studies to confirm.

Best advise: seek medical consult to answer your questions. Most especially if these complaints are relatively recent.
