According to the nutritionist I saw earlier today, too much protein can cause gout.

Omg I'm going through this right now here I was eating too much protein between 90-100grams my nutritionists said it was fine here its causing all of my medical problems kidney liver blood pressure being extremely low

And I'm only supposed to intake 50-70 grams here my nutritionist and bariatric doctor don't communicate or share notes but they share an office
