Meals

I have 5.5 cc now and noticed that it takes me 3 hours to eat a meal. I think that's way to slow. I chew until I have nothing and I still can eat any faster. I also noticed I hiccup a lot and I even have to drink while I'm eat which is a big no no. I think my band is too tight:(

  • It should never take you 3 hours to eat a meal. Go get an unfill for sure. At that rate, breakfast lunch and dinner could take up your whole day!

  • Too tight! Meals should not take more than 20 minutes.

Thank you. That's really what I do all day is just a nibble here and there. It's so frustrating. Thanks again.
