Paranoid after getting stuck for the first time today. Help

I'm 7 months post op. I have lost 75 pounds so far with no complications and had my 5th fill last week. I was eating lunch today and made the mistake of trying to eat croutons...big mistake. I felt it getting stuck and immediately went to the bathroom. I started " slimimg" and was able to get up a little food mostly mucus without excessive force but now I feel a little sore, not sure if I'm just being paranoid. Should I be worried??

No, you're fine. I know it's gross and a bit scary the first time it happens, but you're fine.

You're actually doing really great to have gone so long without this ever happening before!

I'd just stick to liquids the rest of today to let the irritation subside and by tomorrow I'm sure you'll be fine.

Best wishes :)
