Question???

I have a question I had my lap band surgery 4 weeks ago. I lost only 18 pound. Is that normal?? I feel is not enough??

I think the responses you will see on this sight are:

Everyone is different, people with more to lose may lose more in the initial stages, and people with less, may lose less. If you average your weight loss that's almost 5 pounds a week, which is more than double the 1-2 per week goal. Don't get frustrated, maybe incorporate some exercise, even if it's just walking 30 mins, 3/x's a week.
