First Post-Op Visit - Diet Change

I was just banded on 2/6 and I had my first post-op visit with the surgeon today. He said I could move from Liquids to Puréed. Any ideas on good foods/meals? I'm a little confused, I thought my next step was soft foods. I know this was probably a question I should have asked him, but I didn't really think about it much until after. My appointments always seems to be so rushed. They literally last 2 mins tops, at least my time with the surgeon.
