Doubtful. You should be eating real food to make the band works it's magic. Slider foods like this may be healthy but they don't give the satiety a real band friendly meal would give. Proteins from meat, vegetables and fruit can stimulate the vagus nerve so that you are more satisfied for longer periods. jmo
