I'm one of the lucky ones. No fill and no privation and I'm a happy camper on 3 servings a day of 3oz of protein. Just listen to your body. :-)

I have 7.5 in 10cc band. I'm good in my green zone now. My mom has nothing in her band and can not eat any type of meats. Crazy. I'm a nurse and I do not understand it. We're all different.
