I lose weight overall...everything goes down as I lose weight, but my shape doesn't change. Everyone loses weight differently though so I don't think anyone could answer this question for you, probably just share their own personal experiences.

Congrats to you Dani! I don't know about you but as Friday draws closer I am getting more and more excited! The reason I ask this question cause there is a girl at walmart the had weight loss surgery and she is real small on her top half but yet fairly large on bottom and that is my fear!

If you're pear shaped when overweight you'll just be a smaller pear shape when you're thinner.

Women typically lose from the top down.
