Deep breaths!! My doctor say to do my breathing exercises and it helped me so much!! Also, the pains continuos please call your doctor.

This happened to me recently; esophagus spams . . felt WORSE than child labor pains; I had to go in for a slight UNfill and the pain did subside within two days.

Please check with your doctor ---> do NOT ignore the signs your body gives you.

Thanks everyone ! I'm on my way to see my doctor and let her kno about my chest pain/ spasms .. I still won't have my band fill till another 2 weeks ;( but I threw up 3 times already that can't be good?:( rite?
