Protein Shakes....please help

I'm currently using the Super advance Whey Protein with 26g with each scoop consisting of 140 calories that I purchased from Walmart. My personal trainer says those carry to much fat and I needed 100% protein from the GNC store. Any suggestions?

I too get my whey protein at Walmart. It usually is on sale for $15.88 for the large container of chocolate or vanilla. I am trying a new flavor of cookies and cream which is great. I still have a smoothie almost every night since I cannot get my protein in for the day. It is like my treat and saving grace of getting last minute protein for keeping me healthy and fit. I put in some frozen banana, fresh strawberries and water and ice with my protein and it is just like a milkshake. They must be working because I feel great and full of energy every day.
