Im kinda mad

I went to my dr on Monday and he was kinda mad cuz I have only lose 3lbs In 9weeks but since I have started in April I was at 224 and on the day of surgery I was 211lbs and after surgery in two months I'm 197 I thinks I'm doing a good job so far but the scales are all different

hang in there. My weight loss is coming off slow, 3-5 lbs a month, wish it was more but right now I can't do much exercising. We'll get there.

I know we will get there I walk at least every other day but I take my mom to chemo once a week it drains me for the week I shouldn't use that as a excuse but driving back and forth I get tired
