Weight tracker

I almost hate asking this outloud because I know the answer is going to be easy, but, I see that many people are using a weight tracker and I don't know where to find it. I would like to use it. Help!

    two that people use here is My fitness pal or Spark people. I am sure there are others. They are both free on smart phones too.
