Thanks for the tip...I have a membership and noticed they have it but now I think I will check into it for sure!

There's actually a large variety of protein shakes on the market with a good amount of protein besides just Premier and Bariatric Advantage. It's just a matter of reading labels and finding one that you like.

Been using the costco Premier shakes since Jul 2012, 1 month prior to lapband on Aug 6. They are very tasty. Put them in the freezer for 55 minutes and they come out like a thick smoothie. 30g of Protein in only 11 oz, with 160 calories and 0 sugar.

18 each for $24.99 in chocolate(my favorite) or vanilla.

I LOVE the chocolate Premier drinks and I, too, buy them at costco. They taste like Yoo Hoo, albeit the grown-up version. :-) Not crazy about the vanilla, although not crazy about any of the vanillas I have tried. They're all too sweet for my liking.

I love muscle milk (chocolate), it tastes like the milk from coco puffs cereal. Im not a fan of any powered protein shakes. But Ive also tried the Lean Protein ones from GNC they are delicious but expensive like 25 dollars for 12 of them.
