Another surgery

So I had the lap band two years ago and it doesn't seem to be working that well. My doctor brought up to me today to get the gastric sleeve. What to do. What to do. I wish it wasn't so hard to fight food addiction.

Yes I count my protein shakes as calories. I think my band is too tight as well. So we shall see on a month what the doctor wants to to. I hope I fine my sweet spot soon n start dropping lbs.

If you are only drinking, I would not wait a month. You have to be able to eat normal foodto lose. If not, what will you eat the rest of your life? I tried to go off the liquid as soon as I could. Hope you find that place.
