  1. Yes I count my protein shakes as calories. I think my band is too tight as well. So we shall see on a month what the doctor wants to to. I hope I fine my sweet spot soon n start dropping lbs.

  3. I weigh more now then before I got banded. I did lose 50 lbs but gained it back. I have no idea what I want at this point. It does suck.

  7. I eat to get calories in. I do drink protein shakes alot. Cuz I can't keep most regular food down. I burn about 800 calories at the gym doing Zumba n piloxing each day. Well sept this week cuz I'm sick.
  8. Yes I use myfitnesspal app on my phone. And I'm only eating 1000 calories a day. I was told to bump it up to 1200.
  9. I was committed and lost track. But now I'm back on track eating right and exercising and I'm still not losing weight. I'm trying my hardest to get back on track like I was before but going to the gym six times a week and not seeing any results is discouraging.
  10. So I had the lap band two years ago and it doesn't seem to be working that well. My doctor brought up to me today to get the gastric sleeve. What to do. What to do. I wish it wasn't so hard to fight food addiction.
  11. Thank you!! It's just ashame that I finally got the understanding after I gained all my weight back lol. Better late then never.
  12. Fatter then before surgery. 273lbs wanting to get to 160lbs. But started the gym n I'm doing piloxing n Zumba n I'm hell bend on getting to my goal weight!!!

  14. Thank you guys. I'm sure my se will take fluid out
  15. Thanx. Yea I think I'm too tight too but I'm scared to gain more weight if I take fluid out. I do go to counseling already. Maybe ill just bring up the food addiction next session. I'm just a mess in general. I'm gonna go to the gym n blow off steam
  16. I had X-rays. It didn't slip. N I see him on the 22nd. Thank you. Yes I'm so upset. With myself mainly.
  17. Anyone from down in south jersey?!
  18. Got banded jan 2011. Lost only 50lbs n I put on all of my weight n then some. I am currently at 8cc in my band. Throw up constantly. I can't stop eating **** n over eating. I just joined the gym but can't get back on track eating right. I have no willpower. Also not having a job isn't any help. Idle hands means I'm bored n I graze. I'm sick of being fat but can't seem to care enough to get started. Ugh
  19. congrats!! i cant wait till ive lost that much! i kinda know what you mean im only 6 months post op and ive only lost 45lbs, i dunno if that is good or not. im sill not making the best food choices, and im a midnight snack sneaker, but ive been cutting back. if your vomiting from pureed Soup your band might be too tight? not sure, just seems odd. i havent vomited yet, hope that doesnt happen. i only have 7.5mls of Fluid in my band though. as for the addicion thing, i have no idea. i just want to stop thinking about food. its sick. i used to eat till i couldnt even taste it anymore. ugh. well good luck and congrats, be proud of yourself!
  20. ok thankx. yea before i had the band i couldnt even eat that much.
