Shoulder pain

I had my surgery one week ago. I have started to get pain in my lower right shoulder. I cant imagine what going on. Any thoughts?

    I had the same pain. Mine was gas trapped . See if walking,gas-x or rubbing that area will help. It's very normal according to my nutritionist .
