tight at night

I was banded 10/2012. I've lost 31 lbs since. I had my last fill last week, 1/8/13 and think I've finally hit the green zone. However, I've noticed that if I wait too late to eat supper, 8 or 9 p.m., I'm so tight I can't get 1/4 cup down. NO stuck episodes and I can eat fine throughout the day. Anybody else with this?

I don't want to have any Fluid removed, cause I'm finally in the green. I can adjust my eating patterns some, just wondered if anybody else was like this...

Thanks so much!

I have noticed that if I eat late, I am no longer as hungry. Try to adjust your schedule and give the tummy plenty of time to digest before bedtime.

I've had that issue when I have to wait to eat due to working on something. I really have that issue if I lay down to take a quick nap and that nap turns into 3 hours on the couch and I wake up at 8 and haven't eaten. I normally attribute that to having been laying down for 3 hours.

If I were you since you aren't getting stuck I would try and eat earlier and make sure you chew well and take small bites.

I am tight in the morning...I feel it's as it I have to "prime" my pouch for food and eat VERY slow!

I can be tight at night too...my surgeon says being dehydrated or eating too much salt can do it....

Mine feels tighter in the morning. So usually I have a shake or soft scrambled eggs.

After 2:00pm though....starving!!!!
