need liquid ideas

OK I'm doing the 5day pouch test and I need liquid and soft food ideas I'm on a really tight budget to and last time I was on liquids I was starving :-(

Make sure the liquids are protein rich. That's the best way to stay satisfied.

0% greek yogurt- not the cheapest, but not horrible either

Couscous- not sure if I spelled that right, but it's a grain with low to no carbs and lots of protein and it's tiny so it will be easy on the band. My nutritionist said that this could be counted in softs.
