Swelling

I am very concerned that my stomach is swollen . I afraid that it is fluid. Please any thought? No gas pain. Thank you to all that answer me.

    I felt mine was swollen too. It has gone down now, I am two weeks post op. My pants would bother it and put pressure, I just wanted to be in my jammies.
