Just discovered website

Just wanted to say hello. I had my lap band placed 1 week ago 1/2/2013. Everyhting has been going well with the post surgery liguid diet. I only had a couple days of nausea.

Great that udiscovered this site it is really helpful thru r journeys everbody is diffrent so all suggestions and topics r helpful keep looking at diffrent topics I know it is helpful to me cause my work and daily life is variable so It try to look and I have already lost 46 lbs since Sept I have about 95 lbs to my goal weight,so I don't go to any support groups cause on here I get support so good luck ,just check in and see what people r down to and how their looking up .
