Good for you! And the fish has lots of Protein and Beans have lots of Fiber. How did you prepare the fish? I am always looking to try new recipes. Last night I baked fish and added a can of 98% fat free cream of celery Soup mixed with1/3 can of skim milk, then topped with a dash of bread crumbs, Old Bay, and 2% cheddar and baked at 450 for 20 minutes. Dee-lish!
