Heartburn

I started mushy on Wed. Last night and today I have experienced burning between my shoulder blades and in my chest, along with burning in my throat. Any ideas why?

Can this be a sign the band has slipped? Can it happen that soon? Banded 12/19/12. The pain is so intense.
