Pray it doesn't sag to much then find a good plastic surgeon if it does.... Seriously... Whether or not your have lots of skin left over is a crap shoot.... It depends on age, amount you need to lose, how long you have carried the weight....genetics.... So many things. Exercise may work so it's worth a try....

But I am 3 days post op from my tummy tuck.... They removed 4" of skin from my tummy on Tuesday...... Problem solved.

I had my extra skin removed... 16 lbs removed from my tummy and 8 lbs removed from my chest.

I saw 4 plastics surgeons before I picked my doctor and they all told me the same thing.... if you lose 50 lbs or more you will have loose skin and no matter how much exercise you do it will not help... your age may be a factor but most likely the skin would have to be removed. I was 41 when I had my tummy tuck... I was banded at age 39. I was so glad I had the extra skin removed.
