Approved and schduled for Jan 23rd

Hey guys its been a while but super excited that insurance approved me and I am scheudled for surgery on Jan 23rd!!!! Any advice is much needed!! Also 3 weeks after surgery I have a planned trip to costa rica; ideas and thoughts on this? I may cancel depending on how I am feeling and what the doc tells me...

I have had multiple strokes. I have a neurological disorder called moyamoya disease which causes strokes. Fortunately it's not obesity related, but I was almost denied the only effective treatment, an STA-MCA bypass (brain surgery) because I'm obese. That is what made me seriously consider WLS. So here I am exactly 2 years and 11 months after brain surgery on my way to a healthy and normal weight. God is good.

Can you use miralax? Its a non stimulate. You mix a capful with 8oz of liquid and it helps tons. My 6 year old has congenital bowel issues and we have been using it on her for years. Its also what they give you to clean you out for a bowel prep for colonoscopies. It should be fine.

I just sent my boyfriend out for Miralax and Milk of Magnesia. If one doesn't work, I'll try the other. This pain is just.....
