life after first adjustment....

Like you all said, relatively painless. I had a fill of 3cd's and now currently at 5cc's. Now, i feel like i have the band. I had "relapsed" right before my fill, and started turning back to old eating habits; but since my fill I feel like Im really trying. Its a struggle to NOT fill my extra time with eating, but am excited to embark on this new journey.

I turned my obsession with food into an obsession with getting healthy and an obsession with exercise. I decided that if I was going to be obsessd it might as well benefit me. Good luck to you!
