How many cc's is a normal first fill!? Can anyone help!!?

Every surgeon is different, and you will learn that quickly on this board, no 2 bandsters have had the same rules, fills, pre op diets etc...........My first fill was 1cc and all fills after that are 1cc - there is no normal. good luck.

This is true..some bands are 4cc, some are 10, 11, 14..each doc is different..some dont need fills..some docs will go slow and some take the advanced route..mine was 4cc first fill...some only get 1cc..some get a fill during surgery some dont..i didnt..it varies greatly!

hi i got my band put in end of aug 2012 i have only lost 27 pds since i have had already 3adjustments but reading everyones comments im thinking im not getting the right cc adj im going for my next adj in a few days i hope it will make a difference im kind of disappointed i need to lose sooo much more i like this app and all the encouragement and info u all share with one another if anyone has any advice or info that would help me see this surgery to be a sucess to look forward to i would appreciate it thanks
