Should i not eat the morning of my first fill? nervous about whats going to happen

I don't see why. I have never been told not to eat before a fill. My appt are normally around 3:00 and I have eaten breakfast and lunch. After the fill you are on liquids for the remainder of the day and sometimes a full 24 hours.

eat its just alittle needle poke with 1 cc or less of saline its not a big deal at all. its just tightens the band inside so you eat less and loss the weight you want...a flue shot is a bigger deal relax.

I remember I asked the same question. My dr says Its fine to eat with in a few hours of having a fill.

Its really anticlimatic too... I was execting this big thing... and turns out it doesnt hurt and it only takes a few minutes. You will ost likely be told to do liquid for a period of time afterwards. I am 24 of liquids then 24 hrs of mushies following a fill.

Same here just had a fill Friday and been on liquids today i start soft foods....
