Lost 5.6 Lbs During Thanksgiving

Well this was my first thanksgiving since being banded , and I went to the doc today to get my second fill and I lost 5.6lbs and I though I gained weight from thanksgiving ( that weight loss was in a two 1/2 week time but still very happy :)

Great job!! Holidays are never easy when lots of food is around. You should be very proud!

Wow! You should be thrilled, the "normal" person they say gains 10 lbs over the holiday. But, that is someone without a lapband! Congrats to you success!Karen :wub:

Thanks kll724 :) makes me want to go to the gym tonight and work even harder lol , and that 10lbs probably would have been me before the band
