Sugar Buster Diet

Today I started my pre-op diet. I'm starting at 345 and will be on it tell mind December. I have not got a date for surgery yet because my last weight control Dr. Appt. is December 17 2012. I hope to lose 25 lbs before surgery. Y'all have a good one oh chadcooley on myfitnesspal

    Congrats chad! The pre op diet can be pretty tough, but you really get prepared for the changes coming your way. So far I have learned the importance of having your mindset focused on your ultimate goal. I will be banded Thursday. Best of luck to you!
