Is It Me?

I have noticed that after I work out I can eat more than a cup of food (protein and veggies)if I allowed myself to. Has anyone experienced this?

I can always eat more then what I am supposed to but I dont. Maybe you need to arrange your eating schedule to allow a meal or snack either before or after you work out.

For some reason I'm usually tighter after a workout. I guess everyone's different.

my band is usually more lose after working out too.
