I Made It!!

Hi everyone! Well, I survived. I had surgery on Friday, 11/16. I ended up having to spend the night in the hospital because they removed my gallbladder at the same time. I came home yesterday, and am doing well. I do not have an appetite at all, I'm sure it's surgery related and not band related. I drank a Protein shake this morning (it took about 2 hours), so I was pretty proud of myself. Since then though, it's been sips of broth and Water. I am on a clear liquid diet minus the shake until Friday, when I'll be moved to full liquids. Aside from the gas pains, though, I've done well! Even went to wal-mart today with the hubby to walk.

Hope everyone is doing well! Talk again soon!

Welcome and congrats! I'm a few weeks ahead of you (10/5). Advise: follow the rules to a T. You are about to have a few weeks of challenges so just hang in there and don't doubt yourself!

Gas pain is absolutely the worse part! Hugs!
