I am sure we've all heard of them but had anyone these? Would there be a problem taking them being banded?

There's no problem taking them, however I'd read around the internet. A lot of people are reporting they're just another gimmick and worthless. Even Dr. Oz has pulled his support for it publicly on his show.

Thanks ladies. I has seen so much about them tha I was curious if anyone had used them! I am not looking for a quick fix, I am simply asking questions
