First Fill

I got my first fill today. It was a piece of cake. I'm a little concerned, though. My dr said I can have nothing but liquids for 24 hours. I teach kindergarten! I need all the energy I can get and am a little concerned with having nothing but liquids. Any suggestions?

    On the day after a fill I have 3 carnation sugar free instant breakfast made with skim milk.... And soup for dinner. I don't go over my calories and get a good start on the fill. My dr demands mushies for the 2nd day

    My first fill was today as well. I am on liquids for tonight, but back on regular foods tomorrow. That doesn't sound right to me.....
