Are you suppose to track your calories 2 1/2 post op? Curious because as of right now I'm only allowed eggs and yogurt. Plus SF pop etc..

No, I would not track anything at this time only because you need to focus on healing. The healing process takes anywhere between 4-6 weeks. Make sure you are getting in your daily quota of fluids and Protein. Believe me, you will have plenty of time to track all of your food. Your body weight is going to fluctuate during this process, so its best to try to even stay off the scale and don't get discouraged if this happens.
