1St Fill Today

Well today was my first fill. First I lost 4#s (not as good as right after surgery, but I'll take it), then the surgeon filled the band with 3.5cc. It hurt having him try to find the port, guess the tummy is still tender. After the adjustment I was nauseous for a bit. I'm not sure if it was from not having eaten in a while or from the fill. Doing ok now, but definitely need to make a quick run to the store for some cottage cheese and soup, lol. I'm on a liquid diet now for 2 days. Will check back in later.

I had a protein drink about 2 hrs before the appt. That's all I ever have for breakfast, so I figured I was ok.
