Pre Op 11/15

Due to a bad gastric bypass with countless complication caused by the worst Dr. now have come to the decision to continue with the weight loss by getting a band over the rygb. Have 2 babies one is 27 months and the other is 8 months, so kind of beerhouse with how I'll handle the post op.
