Reminding everyone that it is not just about getting fills. If you are eating solid Proteins, not Liquid Protein, you would only need a fill if you are not satisfied for 4-5 hours without eating again

I had my lapband 3/28/11. How do I know when it's too tight? I've had many fills now, and finally I'm losing but I feel I can only have 1protien drink,small mushy food or I throw up please advise thanks
