Breakfast: Greek yogurt or oatmeal

Lunch: Usually salad with left over protien from night before or cup of chili or chicken salad sandwich on a bagel thin

Supper: Protien (steak, pork chop, meatloaf, fish) fresh veggies (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower) maybe a starch a couple times a week. Sometimes I just need a potato.

I log all my food on myfitnesspal and my diary is viewable by friends. If you use the app I'm ajtexas0.

Basically my meals are:

Breakfast scrambled eggs, greek yogurt

lunch 3oz meat, cheese & fruit

dinner 3-4oz meat or fish, 1/2 cup veggies

Snack peanuts or frozen greek yogurt bar.

Hope this helps, good luck.
