Getting Banded On Nov 2Nd

I'm getting banded soon and I just wanted to see if anyone can give some advise on what to expect. Or any advise at all. Any info is appreciated. I've done my research just want some actual real life stuff.

I'm getting banded on November 13 I just started the shakes today and I have a headache I hope I don't have them for 2 weeks:( I know that this part is not fun but a 2 week headache ........

0 point veggies and 2 servings of 4oz Orange-juice or 6saltines and 4 Protein shakes

Wow your surgeon actually gave u some good options...my diet is 3 shakes a day with an occasional sugar free popsicle or hello. I'm almost done ;)
