Head Hungry

So I am 4 weeks post op. I am not actually hungry but head hungry all the time!! Before surgery I would just eat at times like these. Does the head hunger go away with time? What do you do to control it?

    It will diminish over time try and keep yourself busy, walk, read, do something to distract the hunger, hugs.
