Hot Chocolate With Protein...

At my first post-op appt on Tuesday, the PA had a Come to Jesus talk with me about my very low protein intake. So before I left I decided to try a product they sell there that is Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows by Health Wise and it has 15 grams of protein per packet. Good stuff if you're needing the protein help like I do. Having it for my breakfast this morning since OK had a cold front blast in yesterday.

Try Oikos Key Lime, it is scrumptious, so is the raspberry the fruit is blended in with the yogurt. Lots of protien - make sure it's Greek.

Just a suggestion...! Keep up the good work!

That was what the PA told me too. I don't really care for yogurt period...and really don't like Greek yogurt, but she told me to doctor it up as much as I can to get the protein in me. So when I go to the grocery store this weekend, I'll be wrinkling my nose and buying some. Ha! Thanks for the suggestions on flavors!

Ya, I never cared for yogurt. But the Oikos keylime and raspberry... honestly yummy!
